Issues surrounding the demanding task of raising capital - the current climate, how to do it, who is getting it etc - are matters of perennial interest to all sorts of people. The sheer volume of print material therefore is enormous. The effort here is to get beyond the superficial, once-over-lightly, instead to provide - useful analytical pieces that will allow firms involved to set what they about in context,
- and some of the tools they will need to improve the likelihood of their success.
As a first step to that, materials provided here include
