For the TechSeeker:
Pre-event access to respondent firms

this gives prior knowledge of some of the firm's that you will meet
A 20-30 minute plenary sessions (groups are carefully scheduled so that other firms in the same or close industry space will not overlap your session)
Immediately after (post-podium) a private breakout meeting room, The firm may use it as they wish,
We have found that some firms use this opportunity to further discuss what they are looking for, what types of deals they want, IP issues, and generally give the awardees a flavor of how the techseeker works
For the SBIR Awardee:
Limited to 36-40 firms by invitation
Will have made pre-event application in form of a nutshell setup in advance
Nutshell Presentations (5 Minutes strictly timed) synopsizing the capability statement of the presenting firm. If firm is in multiple industry space, other nutshells and podium time can be offered
In Alphabetical order, the submitted Nutshells from all presentations are on the Event CD which is included in the event package.
The purchase of a Nutshell is good for 12 months, and is included on other CD's at all trade shows and events that idi is involved with located at our trade booth.
The firm is given a choice of time slots on a first come first serve basis.
With supporting documents, you are matched with those organizations which are interested in you
A poster session will also be available.
Any firm may attend any breakout session with a techseeker and one on one areas.
a small firm may also attend and be in an observer status at the event, a full content schedule of presentations and panels, case studies etc is woven throughout the event
This event is designed in an intimate atmosphere, where accessibility to techseekers and others makes for easy conversation discussion Nothing is quite as comfortable than to have a glass of wine and discuss issues of business in this type of atmosphere
For the State Support Groups:
Only a very few spots are available in this grouping
Serves as a conduit for small businesses in their geographic area

Represented firms can have a nutshell at a discounted price (this also includes that the nutshell is good for 1 year; and it would be provided on idi materials and CD’s that we take to any event that we are participant in, over a 12 month period.)
The State organization can keep the amount that would have compromised a rebate for the firms; for example; idi gives the state a 100 dollar rebate on their firms, and the state organization accepts the full amount and pays idi the share and the state organization keeps the extra 100 dollars per awardee that they represent.
