With emailed notification to event organizers received before March 1, 2008 confirmed and paid registrations may be transferred to another party in the same fee-group.
Emailed Notice of Cancellations received by event organizers by cob Friday, February 29 will be entitled to a refund less a $25.00 processing fee per transaction.
NO refunds will be made on notifications received after that date or in any no-show situation.

Secured Payment System The Registration process is being managed entirely online through our Secured Payment System. For the convenience of those who do not wish to provide credit card data online, prefer to pay by check OR may need to use a Purchase Order, the option is offered to COMPLETE the form here, then to print off a copy for mailing. We prefer that full payment have been received before the event and, to facilitate processing the transaction.
We request that EACH participant COMPLETE the registration form online - ONE form per PERSON.
IMPORTANT Note: Be reminded that even where payment of the Event Fee is being made offline, to reserve space the Registration Form on this page MUST be completed - one form per person.
