In addition to the standard Event Participation, on a limited basis Enhanced Registration Options are available. These include
  • Capabilities/Needs Statement
  • Table-Top exhibits
  • Arrangements for these additional options can be made EITHER at time of registration OR can be added later to existing Registration from the Attendees area.
    Who is involved here?
The primary focus of this event is to the needs and interests of SBIR Awardees doing leading-edge work. These players have received the lion's share of the invitations and, as a practical matter, therefore, the largest number of spaces set-aside here are for those who fit that profile. We anticipate about 100-120 of these attendees.

The second largest group of attendees are Technology Seekers. These are some of the major corporations, larger and mid-sized firms which in various ways are already actively engaging the technology competencies of the SBIR community or are very interested in doing so. Also involved will be a few other growth-oriented entities actively seeking licensing agreements and other types of working relationships. We anticipate about 25-30 of these attendees

The balance of the space is being made available to a (very) few invited State SBIR Service providers; a handful of
interested agency personnel and some experienced, carefully selected professional service providers. These include capital providers, attorneys, accountants, federal procurement specialists and, critically, those with technology marketing, tech transfer, deal-making and valuation expertise.
The Registration process is being managed entirely online through our Secured Payment System. For the convenience of those who do not wish to provide credit card data online, prefer to pay by check OR may need to use a Purchase Order, the option is offered to COMPLETE the form here, then to print off a copy for faxing or mailing.
We request that EACH participant COMPLETE the registration form online -

*Given the limited amount of space, in addition to Event participation State Support Organizations are encouraged to function inpart as on-site 'salesmen' for Awardees in the geographic region they serve. To that end, the Capabilities Statements and Table Top Exhibit space for State organizations can include descriptions and materials for leading-edge firms from their region. The base fee will allow 10-12 of these. There will be a nominal additional fee for any additional firms to be included.
