| There are far more relevant materials (articles, presentations, working thoughts etc) addressing the issues raised during this event than we were able to provide. Let us encourage you to upload for general usage, those which you feel would usefully add to the mix and extent of the discussion. pdf formt would be the medium of choice.Go to upload area |
Many of the issues considered during Examining the Economic Impact of SBIR-STTR 1983-2003 go well beyond the usual information based points. By design the working event was intended to open up the thinking about SBIR-STTR, to consider not only where these important small business programs have been ... but where they may go. Many of the matters considered require some gestation times, the opportunity to go back to look at the points raised in the various sessions and perhaps even a chance to read other related materials. To that end, therefore, that provided here include - except where indicated, most of the presentations
- various pieces compiled by the event organizers
- AND, importantly, the opportunity for participants to upload their own suggestions of relevant materials.

| Important Note: Parts of the very effective presentations made by the San Diego SPAWAR group addressed matters of National Security and were not therefore data which it is felt should be readily available. To that end, therefore, in response to their request, the SPAWAR presentation is not provided here. |
