SBIR-STTR Involved Firms: searchable databases These comprehensive databases of every SBIR-STTR involved firm are  oextensive in their detail
o current to the most recently announced awards.
o include every firm regardless of current status - program active/inactive; in business or not; large or small -- current  contact info, business profile and technical competencies.
SBIR validation of technical competencies:
For quite different reasons and by many different sources there is sub- stantial and growing interest in the wide range of technology-based small firms which are (or have been) SBIR-involved. This interest is common- ly now resulting in useful business opportunity for the SBIR firm which may well not have otherwise occurred. To meet this need, all Site-Registered Users are provided various ways to identify and profile SBIR Awardees by different search criteria. NOTE: aatabases are- complete to include ALL those which have had SBIR support even where firm is no longer program-active i.e. no longer applicant; exceed size standards; has been acquired; out-of-business for whatever reason etc. SBIR status (active/inactive) is indicated in Company Synopsis.

All the information provided here is compiled from the comprehensive in-house SBIR databases with some supplementary data, by agreement, from other sources.
